Sweet Potatoes

Cook potatoes on med-high in salted water. DON'T OVERCOOK! Drain.

Sauce:

Melt 1/4 C butter, brown sugar, and a TINY bit of cream. Whisk together. Let it bubble a bit, add potatoes.
