Ginger Snaps

350F

3/4 C margarine
1 C sugar
1/4 C molasses
1 egg
2 1/4 C flour
2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t each salt, ginger, cloves
1/4 t nutmeg

Beat first 4 ingredients til fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate 1 hr. Roll into 1" balls, roll in sugar, and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake 9 mins.
