Spinach Dip

10 slices cooked bacon
10 oz. spinach (frozen, thawed)
1/2 C salsa
8 oz cream cheese
1 C diced tomatoes
1/2 C shredded mozza
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t garlic powder

In a saucepan over med heat, mix spinach, salsa, cr. cheese, crumbled bacon, and tomatoes. Remove from heat and mix in mozza and spices. Serve with nacho chips, pita chips, or baked pita shells.
