Cornbread

425F

1 C flour
1 C cornmeal
1/4 C sugar or honey
4 t baking powder
1 t salt
any spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.)

Separate 2 eggs, beat yolks. Add 1 C milk and 1/4 C melted marg. Fold wet into dry, just until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake 20 mins.
